Feeling Great: The Peak
These are the golden moments when everything seems to fall into place. Your pitches land perfectly, clients are enthusiastic, and you’re crushing your targets. Celebrate this! These highs are the reward for your dedication and passion. Savor them, but also let them energize you for the days when things may not feel as effortless.
Just Okay: The Plateau
Not every day will be exhilarating, but being “okay” means you’re still in the game. You’re making progress, even if it doesn’t feel earth-shattering. Use this time to reflect and regroup. The plateaus are an opportunity to assess your strategies, catch your breath, and plan for your next big move. Steady progress is still progress!
Feeling Crappy: The Valley
Ah, the tough part. Maybe you’ve faced rejection, missed a target, or just feel out of sync. But here’s the secret: this is where the magic happens. The valleys are where resilience is built, lessons are learned, and growth is cultivated. It’s tough, yes, but this part of the journey is where your deeper strength and understanding emerge.
But here’s the twist: All three phases are not only normal but necessary. Each contributes to your growth, resilience, and ultimate success.
Reflect on where you are right now. Are you basking in a peak, navigating a plateau, or climbing out of a valley? Embrace it, learn from it, and know that each part is crucial to your overall journey.
