The truth is, when we’re unsure, it’s easy to default to the stereotypical sales moves we’ve seen before. But here’s the problem: those moves rarely feel natural—and your prospect can feel that disconnect.
So here’s the reframe: think about who you buy from.
👉 Who do you naturally trust?
👉 What do they say or do that makes you lean in?
For me, it’s my trainer, Katie. She is a giver through and through. She’s always offering more—support, encouragement, resources—without ever expecting anything in return.
So when I feel stuck about what to do in a sales conversation, I stop and ask myself: What would Katie do? Then I do that—with confidence—because I know I’ll attract buyers who share my values.
This simple mindset shift does two things:
✨ Next time you’re second guessing yourself in sales, pause and ask: What would my version of Katie do? Then try it—you’ll be surprised how natural it feels.
Because here’s the truth: the more you trust yourself, the more others will trust you too. And that’s when selling stops feeling like “selling” and starts feeling like connection, alignment, and impact.
